I didn’t set out to become a menopause advocate. Like millions of women, I was blindsided by perimenopause — the hot flashes, racing heartbeat, stubborn weight gain, and alarming shifts in my health markers — with almost no guidance. What I found instead was a deafening silence. If you had someone knowledgeable walking you through it, you were one of the lucky few. Most of us were left to piece together contradictory advice that failed to address what was really happening in our bodies.

My breaking point became my turning point. I poured countless hours and resources into research, training, and certification, uncovering a critical gap in menopause care — and I made it my mission to close it. That’s how Reset & Renew Health Coaching was born: to give women evidence-based, compassionate, and actionable support that bridges the gap between “you’ll just have to live with it” and living fully, with energy and confidence.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Stretching & Flexibility, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, and Women’s Fitness — alongside my GGS Menopause Coaching Specialist certification — I bring a full-spectrum approach to movement, strength, and metabolic health that complements menopause care in ways most programs overlook.

My work goes beyond physical wellness. In partnership with my sister, Dr. LeAnn DeHoff, PhD, LMHC — founder of The Lux Center of Counseling and Education — where she integrates trauma-informed mental health strategies, EMDR, clinical hypnosis, and cognitive behavioral tools into a complete mind-body approach. Together, we help women reclaim not just their health, but their voice, agency, and leadership potential.

This vision has evolved into my newest mission: RESET: The Menopause Leadership Series, an evidence-based professional development program equipping HR leaders, executives, and workplace wellness teams — of all genders — to build menopause-friendly cultures that foster inclusion, retention, and resilience. In October, my book How to Manage Menopause in the Workplace will debut as a practical, relatable guide for creating workplaces where midlife women — and the teams they lead — can thrive.
